Hi! I’m Joená.

From my eclectic career ranging from social services to education to entertainment, I have served as an Executive Director, a Program Manager, a Host, and an Event Planner. From these experiences, I have become proficient in managing engaging relationships with clients, and I am well-versed in curating and facilitating orientations and trainings for employees, partners, and stakeholders. My love for all things design - coupled with my current task of developing training materials as a Program Analyst - inspired me to find an innovative, impactful, all-encompassing career I could love. And then I found LXD.

Now, I am a grad student studying Learning Design at the University of San Diego. Excited to share my portfolio here along my journey to graduation!
